Research

The Faculty of Computer Science and Infomation Technology has 3 core research groups. These groups are : Knowledge Systems, Spatial Information System and Image Processing, and Information Infrastructure which focuses on the niche areas of FCSIT. The niche areas also reflect the research strengths of faculty members.

All staff members and students conduct research in at least one of the niche areas. The core research groups are headed by the following people.
