Only 1 group in each category (i.e. 2 groups) per IHL will be sent to the Pre-Qualification stage of the national-level finals. The Pre-Qualification stage will be in January 2010 while the finals will be in March 2010.
There will be a UNIMAS-level internal selection to select the best BI and BP to be sent to the Pre-Qualification. This internal selection will be held from July to November 2009. We would like to invite you to participate in this and/or to nominate projects that have the potential to be entered into the MIBPC.
