This professional certification program is designed to prepare the workforce to be ready and succeed in this rapidly changing world of technology. It is to cater the needs of the workforce to acquire knowledge on best practices and the implementation of digital transformation.
Learning OutcomesUpon graduating from this program, the student are able to:
- Understand the concept of Digital Workforce Transformation
- Demonstrate an increased awareness of Digital Workforce Transformation
- Demonstrate the increased readiness of the organization towards Digital Workforce Transformation
- Use digital technologies for workforce productivity and quality improvement
The modules will be conducted physical teaching and learning or blended mode (both online and physical). Face-to-face classes will be conducted during the weekends to accommodate for working adults. The duration of the program is between 6 to 12 months. The fee are:
Entry Requirement
- Pass SRP/ PMR/ PT3, OR
- Other academic qualification with 1 year working experience subject to approval by UNIMAS Senate
- Pass Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning A (APEL A)
