Social Informatics
We aim to examine the social aspects of computerisation, particularly in how people interact with technologies, and how society can shape future technologies. We are also interested in studying the impact of IT on transformation and leadership in society
Objectives
(a) to design, develop and evaluate socially-enabled applications
(b) to investigate the benefits of the social technologies in transforming organisation and society
(c) to study the potential impact of social technologies for future technology leaders
